    I bought a car from this location in July 2023 I understand that it is a used car lot; however they are getting over on people. Here it is Aug 2024 and it is time for me to renew my registration. I am unable to because my paperwork was never sent to the secretary of state for ********. Went to the car lot and was told they would find out what is going on. Waited a week still nothing so I went back to the car lot today Aug ****** and they still haven't fixed the issue. I just want to be able to register my car before the end of this month.

    I never received my title for my vehicle even after full payment was received by the dealership. Furthermore, I was guaranteed that after my final payment was made, I would receive my title in the mail. But it never came, nor did the dealership do anything besides try to ensure me it was on the way. Or other narratives about how its a third party holding it up.

    On July 21st, I made a down-payment towards a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country from Chicago Auto Exchange, located at ********************************** Chicago Heights, ** *****. 45 minutes worth of driving, the transmission blew out. They put me in a loaner vehicle so they could work on it. When I came back 4 days later, the manager said they fixed the problem, but they found another problem and were going to find me a better vehicle. I was in the loaner vehicle for almost a month. Most vehicles he showed me there was either something wrong with them or they didn't have the specific third row I requested. When I finally decided on a vehicle it was 2 years older with ****** more miles. He told me the bank loan I had specifically said for less than ******* miles. ** when i asked about it, he said my car note would lower. It's higher, with a shorter time to pay it off. Only instead of bi-weekly payments, they're weekly. When i said that, he said its apples and oranges because the trucks were different manufacturers. I chose a 2013 GMC Acadia. But I liked the vehicle, so I dismissed it. But the more I drove it, the brakes got increasingly worse. I brought it back by the end of that week. They only replaced the front brakes and rotors. A week after that, as I'm driving the car completely shuts down, saying battery servicing. I bought a new battery, and it was drained down. When I got my truck looked at, I was told I needed a new alternator and this one was rigged to the alarm system, which is why the alarm doesn't go off on my truck. In going to speak the the manager about this, he became extremely, and unnecessarily, hostile as if I was yelling in his face, telling me I don't have a warranty with them, it's my problem now. I also feel like some of that aggression came from him putting on a show for the customer he was dealing with before me that was standing there that had stepped aside for me.

    ON AUGUST 4, 2023 I BOUGHT A *** FROM THIS *** *** AS A SINGLE MOTHER BUYING A *** FOR MY COLLEGE SON AS I TOLD THE SALEMAN THAT PROMISED ME A GOOD RUNNING *** IT WAS A 2010 CHRYSLER SEBRING I PAID A TOTAL OF 2714.00$ AS SOON AS I WAS ABOUT ******************************************************* I THEN PAID A TOW TRUCK TO TOW IT TO MY HOUSE AND THEN I PAID TO HAVE IT TOWED TO THE **** THE SALESMAN ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD CHECK THE *** SO I LEFT THE *** AND MY PHONE NUMBER THE SALESMAN NEVER CALLED ME AND LET ME KNOW ANYTHING SO I TOOK A RIDE OUT THERE MYSELF LET HIM KNOW THAT HIS COMMUNICATION WAS HORRIBLE BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN 5 DAYS AND NO ONE CONTACTED ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE VEHICLE SO WHEN I GET THERE HE TELLS ME THE *** NEEDS A **** PUMP HE THEN PROCEEDS TO TELL ME THAT I NEEDED TO PAY FOR THE **** PUMP IN WHICH I GAVE HIM 175.00$ PLUS THE 2714.00$ OK HE TELLS ME IT WILL BE READY IN 3 DAYS ONCE AGAIN I GAVE HIM 6 DAYS DROVE OUT THERE AGAIN AND HE PROCEEDS TO TELL ME THAT ITS NOT THE **** PUMP HE DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS AND THAT HE COULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND ON THE **** PUMP SO HE DECIDED TO OFFER ME SOMETHING ELSE EVERYTHING HE OFFERED ME HAD AN ISSUE SO HE SAID TAKE THIS ONE ITS REALLY GOOD IT HAS NO ISSUE AS I HAD REMINDED HIM THAT THE *** WAS FOR MY SON WHO NEEDS A GOOD *** TO GET BACK AND FORTH FROM COLLEGE WHICH WAS 2 HOURS AWAY FROM THE CITY HE ASSURED ME THE *** WAS GOOD SOON AS I PULLED THE *** OFF THE *** MADE IT DOWN THE STREET TO THE *** STATION THE *** WOULDNT START BACK UP SO I CALLED HIM HE'S LIKE WHY YOU CUT IT OFF YOU SHOULD HAVE LET IT RUN HOW WAS SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT IF IT WASNT TOLD TO ME SO IT TOOK HIM 30 MINUTES TO SEND ME SOME HELP SO THE GUY CAME AND GAVE ME A JUMP THE *** TOOK A SECOND TO START BUT IT STARTED SO I DROVE THE *** HOME AND THE *** STARTS AND CUTS OFF AND BY THIS POINT I CALLED HE TELLING ME TO BUY A NEW BATTERY THAT WAS ALREADY DONE I DID THAT AT THIS POINT I DONT WANT ANOTHER *** FROM HIM I JUST WANNA BE REFUNDED THIS *** IS FOR MY SON WHOS IN HIS SECOND YEAR OF COLLEGE AND HE HAD TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL WITHOUT A *** THIS IS SO SAD THAT THIS GUY IS DOING THIS

    My daughter bought a 2012 jeep on June 8th, 2023 from this car lot. I was suppose to be the co-signer, the dealer never asked for my personal info only bank statements. come to find out the car is now in my name, never told us that I was the main buyer. My daughter did all the signing. she only drove the car a couple wks. this jeep needs an engine and transmission it does not move. I've called several times to speak with the manager but he's never available. I have asked one of the dealers if they can fix the car and possibly give her a car so she can go back and forth to work. Never heard back from anyone. She is paying for a car that can not move and the car lot will not help her. Also I have to worry about a car that is in my name which should have never been, this place is unprofessional and they are shysters.

    The date of transaction was May 13, 2023, a cash deal. I bought a 2011 GMC Terrain from Chicago Auto Exchange, located at ********************************** Chicago Heights, ** *****. From the time I have purchased the automobile, I have had numerous issues. I have been spending money for out-of- pocket expenses to keep the car active. I depend on my car for employment. I have made several attempts to contact ***************************** who is the manager/owner of the dealership, I have even made trips to the dealership to resolve my problem about the vehicle. I want my money back I am very unhappy with the purchase. I bought an extended warranty (Endurance) and my warranty would not fix my car due to a mileage situation, my mechanic informed me that the mileage I gave the insurance company to fix my car was not the original mileage reported from TRU CAR fax as well as no oil was in the vehicle. I went to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased and told ************** of the issue on July 25, 2023. All I got from ************** was I will get back to you. So now I am stuck with a car that doesn't work well and a bill of ******* to fix the car. It's unfair that I have to keep spending money on a vehicle I can't use. I can't use my extended insurance (Endurance) that I pay for monthly because the dealer lied about the mileage. I need to have this issue resolved as soon as possible. I need my vehicle for work.

    On July 5 2023 I paid $9000 for a used GMC Terrain 2011. The sales man only let my grandfather drive the Terrain out the lot when my grand dad told him it dint sound right he told him angry to let him drive it. He drove it a few seconds and pull it back in the lot. I am 20 years old my grand parents told me not to buy it but I don't listen. ***** the sales man said that the Gmc is the best Vechike in the whole lot. It had a new motor new Transmission timing change. My grand mom live 15 miles from The car dealer. My grand mother kept asking for the car fax or info on the vechike history. ***** the sales man assured us that we buying the best car off the lot. I trust and believed everything this man said. Since buying this car the fattest it got was to my grand mom home in ******** **. 15 miles away. I live in ********* ** a hour and 15 minutes away. The next day we took the Gmc back to Chicago Auto Exchange in Chicago heights **. We spoke to ***** he said the only thing he dint do was tube up the car or get a oil change and once we do that the car shouldn't jump or jerk or cut off any more. We did that the same day and the car is undrivable. I. July ******* I took it to a auto repair shop so they could do diagnostics to see what really is wrong with it. The report was so bad the man dint charge me. He said the codes it has so e thing to do with the engine and trans codes on this card. The sales man ***** told me lies just for me to buy this vechike. He saw I was young had money and wouldn't listen to the warnings of my grand parents Yesterday we left the car there he said he will see if I can exchange the car if we do we have to pay a lot of more money which I dont have. Then later that night he ******** my grand mother telling her to stop emailing him he turned mean again right after we left. He told me to lie to the auto warranty company so they can fix it. I told him I will not plus they don't fix pre existing condition. I can't get a repair

    The transmission went out on the car and I contacted the salesman to get it fixed he agrees but the owner constantly says no.

    These people sold me a lemon and And now want respond to emails. The next day after buying this car I went back and talk to the sales person who sold me the car his name is *****. He told me to get a tune up and oil change and after that it will work . I only use this car to go to the gas station and it the Gmc jumps still shakes rattle and roll and all the lights come on **************** They was very nice getting close to $9.000. . Car stuck here and since I bought it can't even take it home to Yorkville . You barely can ride to the corner gas station without it jumping and shaking . It's going to need a transmission and new engine. I dint have the car over a week now it stopped working and my grand mother and I send many emails and fax and contact them through they web site they refuse to pick up the phones ignoring letters and emails. look at ****** reviews. ***** wouldn't let us test drive but for 5 seconds he took over start driving. He had a ******* from the get go. First red flags. ***** the sales man told us that this car had a good motor and transmission that this car is the best car he had on the lot. He told us if after getting the oil change and tune up to call him or come back. We been calling all lines are full. We fax emailed contact them through ******** no respond wrote the complaint manger at **************** we did everything possible to contact them they ignore calling me or my grand mother. I'm grown but I'm disable and I gave my grand mother proof in front of them for her to handle my affairs. Now she is crying and can't sleep because she feels it's her fault for letting me but this peice of her nk. I like the car all I want them to do is put a new engine in it. They can get it so e where for a discounted price
