    I purchased a new pair of Apple AirPod Max in the color black (along with multiple other items) and were sold a faulty pair of headphones that cant produce audio (clear) for calls. When I noticed I called that day and was told by the manager (****) that I could return the headphones Tuesday/Wednesday when I came in and picked up my privacy screen since the one Id purchase that day was faulty also and didnt not provide privacy. However, when I went up there today (Wednesday) I was denied a refund and offered to sale them to them at a lowballed price.

    Good afternoon, My name is **** and this is my response to the complain that was made by a customer on march 5th, 2025. Customer bought two pair of apple AirPods max and was disclosed our no refund policy, before customer left the store we made sure they tested out the product and left the store 100% satisfied. Two days later she called requesting a refund which I kindly denied but told her she can come in to work something out. It turned out she bought another pair at ***** for a lesser price. The product worked perfectly fine and when tested I notice they were in fact not the same ones which I questioned her husband about he did not want to answer and called her which she then denied my allegations. I offered to give her 280$ even if it meant a loss to keep her happy , she rejected my offer.
