    work was completed on 11 14 2023 had to bring it back a few weeks later because it was leaking oil from where it was worked on they redid it and tryed to charge me told him no way it was his fault. few weeks ago by its leaking again. told me to drop it off Monday morning & said it would be worked on it's Tuesday afternoon still hasn't done anything that should be first ************** was rude to my wife. the second time she dropped it off. I should not have to be inconvenienced like this 3 times I just want my car done right without the *****************

    Yes we did all listed work on invoice #*** and came back for due to oil leak. Redid all work over again and replaced all gaskets involved on all parts removed before reassembly. noticed belt tensioner had a rattle and replaced with new tensioner because had to remove anyway to get to timing cover. I also did ask customer if he can pay for tensioner only since it was faulty and i did replace it anyway, knowing if he refused to pay for it , i was going no wave it in good faith anyway which i did and laughed about it on 3/29/2024. no charges for newer set of gaskets, oil change and filter and belt tensioner as seen on uploaded invoice #***. Finally for 3rd time customer states still has a oil leak.  i replied will take care of it and i will make it first priority myself but i will need at least a couple days. Day one when dropped off i still had to complete cars already in the shop or torn down, i guess later that day customer passes by only to see his car in the same spot outside and calls to inform me about telling the BBB. Promised customer  job will be checked and advised and completed 2nd day as i requested at least 2 days. found plastic valve cover warped due to time and milage having over ******* miles. ******** whole assembly valve cover , not just valve cover gasket. Cleaned engine and under carriage, rechecked and confirmed no leaks before letting customer know his car is done. Customer picked up after hours also with no charge for valve cover assembly or labor. customer also knows i never refused his concerns regarding vehicle.
