    Purchased the vehicle in October & within a week engine light was on. Reached out to *********** had me take it to his mechanic (Star Auto Repair in Oak Lawn), not once but twice & the problem is still not resolved. Took it to a completely different Auto Shop & told the engine needs to be replaced. All of this before my first payment is due. reached out to my lender who informed me that I can ask the dealer to trade the vehicle & usually good businesses have no issue except **** from Aya ******* to answer my calls & texts, until I Posted a Review online after reading other reviews mentioning the exact same thing happened to them & the exact same mechanic (Star Auto Repair) told them their vehicle had no issues, only for their engines or transmissions to go out on them too. It seems to be a scam that they are running together. I reached out to the town of ************* because I don't think they should continue to provide a license to a business that continues to scam people out of their money. My temporary plates that were given to me by the dealer are about to expire & **** from the dealership apparently never submitted the paperwork to the state for plates, I would imagine on purpose & still refuses to speak with me in person to resolve this issue. Now I have a vehicle that doesn't operate with no plates or registration.

    I was told the car I was buying was fine and within 3 weeks of driving it out of their chop shop, the car caught on fire and they refuse to refund a cent of my money. They knew that the car wasn't in any condition to sell and they still sold it to me knowing it could easily catch on fire. SHAME ON YOU ****

    I bought 2017 Tiguan from AYA Auto Group June15th 2024 for over 11K cash. I drove it for 3 weeks and it showed the engine light ( 2 codes popped out) I called them to tell about it and he had dropped car to their mechanic then waited for my car for 2 days so he said it was fixed the same problem continued after 2 months and other 14 codes with the scanner. I reached out again and he told me to drop the car off to Star auto repair on Oct 2 they diagnose (237 bucks) my car with a fuel pump failure and told me that they are not sure that could be the only problem but they need to change the fuel pump without a certain solution for the whole issue with my car that has been very complex after 3 months of the purchase. Finally I had to towed my car to ** dealership and they are diagnosing my car with a timing chain failure and more things and the cost is going to be over ***** dls. Its been a complete nightmare trying to agree with *** to help me with the expenses or refund my money or another car but they only make more difficult the situation lying and not taking accountability of the bad conditions they are selling cars because they have more reviews like this and that's a scam business telling you at the beginning that the car is in a perfect status and is a complete fake information.

    I bought 2014 Audi A7 from AYA ********** Saturday May 11th 2024 for $10,600 drove the car for one day and was over heating, I called *** automotive to tell them about it he had me drop car to Star auto repair oak lawn, Il on Monday May 13 2024 then waited for my car until Wednesday May 15 2024 had my cousin pick car up he said it was having the same problem anti freeze leaking from car and light coming on over heating Im concerned that they sold me a lemon and I would like a refund or another car

    They sell LEMONS. They lie and scam ! They will take your money and your car breaks down in two weeks and they wont fix anything ! Every single car is a lemon They will scam you and say you never paid but you did ! Listen to the reviews ! Dont buy from these scammers ! They came and finally got their lemon after me steady asking for them to come get it for months !I will be taking them to court as well seeking reimbursement, for my 7k down payment ! With my proof that car stopped working after a week and they did nothing ! They also forge my signature on documents, and I will prove that in court as well

    Customer did not Put $7,000 down, that's more then the total price of the vehicle. Customer has not made their payments for a year.
    Customer stated the vehicle broke down within a week yet somehow put ****** miles on the vehicle. So it appears the vehicle was actually working just fine as I believe it is impossible to drive ****** miles in a week. I will submit documents and photos to prove all of the above.

    I WAS SENT A BILL OF SALE SAYING MY CAR WAS ****** i bought my car back in 4/05/2021 my car was repoed 02/2023 i paid over ****** and the owner has been lying my lawyer advised me to file report they are scamming i have all my documents below please give me a call ************ thats phone numbers for the business no one answers its ***************** this is the owner
