We dont have any other response except that we had to amend the returns After numerous attempts of requesting proof of dependants residence. Proof of expenses sent over on the P&L tax payer has not been resposnsive nor has provided the requested documents to support the 2022 1040.Therefore, we have to amend the tax return reflecting the accoding changes due to tax payer not being able to provide the proof of residence , business expenses, nor receipts for mileage and depreciation. We have also notified the IRS.

    Complaint: 20269986

I am rejecting this response because:
My taxes have already been filed for 2022 from this tax preparer I have the supporting documentation of all receipts accounted, for. I do not wish to upload my personal information but Id be more than happy to show the BBB. This person took $8500 out of my account and paid the **** Without my knowledge. I have already paid my taxes in full and he made an additional payment to retaliate on me for ending our relationship. He has committed theft and fraud and I have a police report, if needed this person should not prepare anyones taxes in the future, I was told he was a certified CPA. He is only a tax preparer and he had filed my taxes for 2022. He later went in and amended my taxes in retaliation, and took away all of my right offs to try and hurt me the *** and I are dealing with this separately, but this person should not be conducting business under false pretenses. He is only a tax preparer not a CPA.
    Sincerely,
