The owner of Gold Star Consulting, LLC ********************************** was supposed to set up a nonprofit 501c3. Unfortunately, she did not finish her job, and set up the organization to a 501c3. She was paid $1400.00 for her services, and did not complete her services. She kept lying saying she did it. When I called the **** nothing was on file and she claimed their was. I asked multiple times to see the application and she never sent it. I have writing and agreements through via text message stating she would send at least $1100.00 Friday (3/8/2024), but she did not. She has terrible communication skills, and does not get back to me as a client. I have reached out multiple times, and still not money has been zelle like she stated through via text.

***************** initally contacted me on August 28, 2023 with anticipation of getting a 501c3. He wanted to apply for the long form 1023 which according to the *** takes 8-12 months. I immediately began assisting him, starting paperwork for obtaining a new email, EIN and filing state paperwork. We communicated multiple times in order to obtain all of his documentation which was finally submitted in October 2023. From then I spoke to him every 2-3 weeks regarding updates and showing screenshots of progress via *** timelines posted on their website.(see Images)

We eventually made two (2) appointments (December and January) to meet via in person and zoom, to discuss possible 501c3 1023EZ form as an alternate immediate solution and to contact ***, which were both cancelled by *****************. Our office has been in open communication this entire time speaking to him mutliple times on the phone regarding this while assisting other clients. I told him that I will send him a refund of services because he was unsatisfied with the progress and unable to get information despite our agreement for him to come into the office to get some resolution.

During this past week of March 4th, I received over 77 phone calls that were aggressive, harrassing and threatning phone calls to my personal phone number, business number and calls to acquaintances which led me to file a police report. During the interim, I did refund ***************** the portion of his service fees $550 (see image) which I also explained to him via phone that I would contact the *** to see about stopping the initial application that is currently in process which was already paid to **** in the amount of $650. If the processing of this application is unable to be suspended we can not refund a total fee that has already been paid to the government on his behalf of an application that is currently in process. Today we will follow up with *** regarding his application.

I am rejecting this response because:  Hi,

I read the reply from the other party, and I would like to add a rebuttal to their "argument."

************ agreed to pay me back a total of:$1,100 that I have via text message. ************ did not file the 1023 form, because I called the *** multiple times. The *** said they have nothing on file, so the argument of ************ stating she is trying to suspend the application is a fallacy, because their is no application on file. ************ did not send the application out at all. I asked ************ for a copy of the application. ************ did not send it to me as asked. I have proof via text that I asked multiple times for the application, and she still did not send it.

************ also stated I "missed" two meetings. That statement is also false. The meetings were never set to have meetings. In order to have a meeting with ************ in person you must fill out the this link ( ************************************ ). ************ cannot provide a receipt or confirmation from this link provided. She also stated I missed via zoom as well. I cannot miss a via zoom meeting that was never sent to my email as well.

************ also stated I was harassing, aggressive, and threatening her. I called ************ to ask about the money she agreed to refund me. The agreed refund amount was $1,100. ************ stated through via text on wednesday March 6, 2024, she will refund me $1,100 on friday March 8, 2024. I was calling ************ not threatening or harassing, but to get my refund she did not send on Friday March 8, 2024. ************ sent over $550 the next day which is not the full amount agreed on Saturday March 9, 2024, and that is still not Friday like she said. ************ was being contacted to pay the amount agreed on. ************ is a fraud and must be stopped.

************ has terrible communication as well. She doesn't text back nor call back. I have all the proof via text as well of myself trying to contact ************.
After contacting her several times she would say she has not forgot and will call back, which she rarely does.

The verification code provided by ************ was for ************ to make my business into a nonprofit. The code was not for the 1023 form she claims to have done. My business is still not a 501c3.

************ cannot call the *** due to her not having the authorization to. I am the business owner, and she is not. I spoke with ID: ********** from the ***. The individual said there's not a form on file to suspend.

Lastly, ************ spent the money I sent her, because due to her stating through via text "I will send it as it comes in." ************ is trying to buy herself time to get the money she owes me.

I do not want to talk with Ms. ****** as of now. I just want my money from ************. I have not met ************ in person nor would I like to met her as well.

    Sincerely,

    ***************************
