    On 10/22/22 I made a deposit payment of $450.00 to Holiday Traditions, LLC, formerly known as Santa Squad LLC to come and place professional grade lighted ******* on my house for the holiday season. We are current annual customers and received services of ********* light installation last year and were repeat customers this year. Holiday Traditions, LLC came out and reinstalled the ********* lights on our exterior but did not include the timers with it which we paid for as part of our ****** payment due this year. I asked them if they would return to install lighted ******* on my house and they stated they would do that later in November along with the timers. In addition to the $500 payment for the reinstallation of my exterior lights, I made a $450.00 deposit for the lighted ******* all through Zelle. To date, they have neither brought over the timers for my house lights nor installed the greenery. After several emails and phone call attempts, I received an email received an email from them saying they would not be able to install *********** and would have to refund me my $450 deposit. Well, they have not done that despite having my home address as well as my Zelle phone number. I have tried to contact them twice regarding this with no help. I am asking for assistance with this to help reimburse my $450.00 deposit as well as money on my lights being installed without a timer as previously agreed upon.
