Prinaj Services Inc. is an international freight company registered in the State of ******** and has been in business for over 15 years,

On March ****** ********* ***** came into our shipping office to send a box to *****, *******. She completed the shipping form in which she indicated the contents of the box to be printer, Almond, supplement/vitamins.The quantities of the supplements and vitamins were not listed on the form (copy of her shipping form *Exhibit 1* attached)). Her box was shipped to ***** and on March ******* the box was successfully delivered to her receiver in ***** without any complaint.

Surprisingly, on or around May ***** about few weeks after she had collected her box in *****, we got a letter from our credit card processing company that a dispute had been initiated for a chargeback in the amount of $338. The reason provided to the credit card company by ****** was that she cancelled and returned   the merchandise she bought from us on 03/20/2025 (dispute information request from the card company *exhibit 2*attached). Apparently, it was a lie because her box had already been delivered to her receiver in ***** without any complaint on 03/19/2025. We reached out to the card processing company and provided evidence of the shipment she made and a signed copy of the credit card receipt. We also made it clear that Prinaj Service is a shipping company and we do not engage in the sales of merchandise and ********* did not cancel nor return any merchandise to us.  Upon the review of the facts and evidence provided, the credit card company denied her request and credited our account. (see attached exhibit 3 &4 from the card company)

When we received the letter from the credit card company, we gave ********* a call and to ask why she had to deny the payment for her shipment through the card company. She stated that some of the supplement/vitamins she shipped were missing. We reached out to our office in *****, ******* to find out if truly any of her item got missing. Our Lagos office got back and said the box was delivered intact. And since the quantities of the supplements/vitamins were not indicated on her shipping form, there was no way to ascertain her claim.  More so, the box was delivered intact. Even though, its the statutory responsibility of the custom and border patrol agents in any country to examine all imported goods, her box was not opened because her box was shipped as consolidation with other packages and not all shipped packages were individually opened by the custom. So, ********* was not saying the truth when she said she called custom office in *****, ******* to confirm if her box was opened or not. Thats not the way custom operations work anywhere in the world. If a *** delivers an item and the customer is not happy because there appears to be a sign of tampering, would the individual be calling US customs and border patrol office to confirm if there was an inspection on the box or not? ********* was simply trying to cover up her lies in order not to pay for her shipment as evidenced from her dispute request from the credit card company that was denied.

The question was why she ***** call Prinaj office first to resolve the issue before reaching out to the card processing company to cancel the payment knowing full well that her package had been successfully delivered.Remember she cancelled the payment a day after the box had been delivered in *****!

We always treat our customers well and have lots of return customers and referrals because of our high professionalism. Customers have the right to complain, and we always treat every complaint with open heart. Its however evidence that ********* ***** want to pay for the service we truly rendered to her.
