  This company needs to review their web app for smart phones and convert to better review for people. I don't get great connection in HPT and therefore didn't understand how to use their app, I hope others won't be fooled into thinking that they are a fair enough company to spend their money with because they wont get back a mistake purchase. I contacted the *** of Airfordable because with its limited staff numbers and availability to me and I wanted a refund realizing I had made a mistake of the dates and found better prices for flight around the time of purchase. Most companies these days try to go above and beyond for their customers this company does not. I was provided their agreement statement from their policy's contract therefore they deemed my case unworthy of a refund for over a thousand dollars. I am disappointed and will never use this app for any future bookings for restaurants, hotel, car or flights.

As a suggestion for future travels, whether you choose to use our service or not, we always recommend selecting a refundable fare for the added flexibility it offers in the event of mistakes you may make or changes in travel plans. Many of our customers choose this option for the peace of mind it offers.

  I would give zero stars if possible. This is the worst company to deal with. 24 Hours after booking any payments made are non-refundable. READ ALL TERMS OF AGREEMENT. I was short on funds on my final payment after paying over $900.00 and the representative *** told me that if I did not make a payment that day on my final payment than my entire booking would be cancelled with no refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We understand that financial challenges can arise unexpectedly, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible within the confines of our policies. We explicitly state these policies during the booking process which empowers our customers to make informed decisions when using our service.Please know that, within the confines of our service, we accommodated you by allowing you to move all four payments by a week which you did in our mobile app. Additionally, we even offered the option to split your last payment into two and move the rest two weeks later in an effort to assist you. However, you declined this option and chose to pay the last installment in full as originally scheduled.We appreciate your decision and value your understanding. Your feedback is important to us as we continuously strive to improve and provide an exceptional service. We hope you enjoy your trip in the coming weeks!

  I've used Airfordable for several trips and have had an amazing experience. Each time I was provided an itemized breakdown of charges and even had the option to make extra payments to help pay for my ticket in a shorter amount of time. My trips over the last few years wouldn't have been possible without the services that Airfordable offers. Looking forward to using their services again.
