      Quantum Anesthesia charge me extra 520$ yesterday from my account for the my husband surgery for the Anesthesia doctor, we paid in advance 2300$ for 3 hours of service, and we were aware if the procedure takes longer we need to pay extra. The surgery day was scheduled for Dec 16th 22, on 10:30 am. So they send massage yesterday they will take extra money. I asked anesthesia doctor when everything was done do we need to pay extra. He said: You are good, it didn't take even 3 hours, while he was checking time on computer, in order to computer on the office desk starting time and his present at the reception where I was. After 3 weeks, they charged me an extra money. They send me copy of hand writenig paper whit the time. Nobody showed me on day of surgery that paper to acknowledge time and to sign it. And why after 3 weeks? Hollydays are not excuses I was working too. Sorry for miscommunication is not valid to take extra money also hand written documents after 3 weeks.
