    On August 2nd, 2024, I filled out an application at Eden Commons for Apartment *****, which was available to rent on the website. I paid 350 dollars via debit card for a "move in" fee and 60 dollars for the application fee. As of August 21 st 2024, I have heard nothing about the status of my application, and they have taken this money. On August 16th, I politely sent an email to the leasing manager, *****************************, asking about a status, and I was completely ignored. Also, *********************** and ********************* were copied on the email and they have ignored me as well.At this point, I want a full refund for the 350 dollar "move in fee" and the application fee of 60 dollars, which was never reviewed. This is a total of 410 dollars I want the refund issued to the debit I used, which is ending 1108.I am very surprised that this is the way they do business at Eden Commons since the initial tour of an apartment went so well. The number of people leaving ************* is unprecedented, and now I'm realizing some of the reasons why that is. Besides the high violent crime rate, the way people do business here is dreadful.
