      I purchased a washer and dryer set from the store on December 1, 2023. I called the store to have a repair person to come look at the dryer because it was not getting hot and took a long time to dry. He wanted me to try and repair the issue myself and wouldn't listen to me and did not send a person out to repair my machine. He was rude and claimed my complaint was BS

      I purchased a washer and dryer in cash at this appliance store for $1700.00 on March 14 2023. The owners son told me this price included drop off and set up. They delivered my appliances a day late, I did not complain. However, when they finally did deliver my machines, it was a disaster. One of the older delivery guys was rude and lazy. He didnt attempt to even try to set up my machines. They said they couldnt install my gas line because the gas line they had in their truck was not long enough. They also did not attach the foil to the dryer correctly because it slid off the very next day. I asked them if I could run and get the gas line because if I would have known I needed a gas line I would have bought one. I felt it was unprofessional that they did not have more than one size gas lines in the first place. Anyways, when I purchased the gas-line I called the owners son and asked if they could get some guys back out here to install it correctly. He said he could not do that. I said so basically I have to call a whole new company and hire somebody to install my gas line after you promised this was included. I asked for a refund they declined and said it is no refunds. I continued to reach out, but he stopped responding. I have not been able to use my machines until now May 2023 because I had to pay someone else to hook everything up. That company was very distasteful.
