      I live at *************************************. The property management is called Stellar Property. Yesterday we noticed our unit was blowing out cold air. We emailed Stellar asking if there was a problem. Someone from the condo board (not Stellar) emailed back, saying there were repairs being performed and they shut off the heat in response to the noise. Tenants were NOT informed by Stellar, and the heat is currently still off. Last night got down to below 40 degrees. I personally spoke with other tenants to confirm they were also not made aware of this. Stellar has given no indication of when the heat will be turned back on. While I'm aware this upcoming weekend will not be so cold, that doesn't change the fact that the past few days and tonight will be cold, and we don't know if we will have heat. We have argued with Stellar in the past about communicating with the residence about when things like this happen, but they still neglect to do so. As of this morning, Stellar still has not responded to us. Please work with them to get to the heat turned back on until the official start of the "cooling" season, which I believe to be in June.Thank you.-***************** *******************
