I was a client and was represented by this law firm for the ******** data breach settlements. I received an email from the law firm ******** that represented me in this data breach matter 1/12/2023. In that email, the firm informed me that a settlement had been reached on my claims agains T-Mobile. I would be receiving an email from "**************, who is administering this settlement, detailing the monetary and non-monetary benefits available to you and how to claim your benefits." I did not received an emaiil in January 2023 from **************. When I had not received any email correspondence from *************** by 6/12/2023. I reached out to *************** via email to inquire in the settlement money and benefits. To this day, I have yet to receive any email response from **************. My attorneys had a legal binding contractual obligation to represent me in this matter. The attorneys assigned *************** to be responsible for admistering the settlmenents to their clients. *************** has failed to uphold their obligations. I recently emailed the Millberg law firm 1/8/2025 and have yet to receive any correspondence. This is very unprofessional. It is not fair that a large law firm like ******** law get their cut from these settlement agreements. Then doesn't care about whether the little guy they represent get fairly compensated.

There was a breach at ********. Since I was a previous customer, I was contacted by ********************** to be part of a class action lawsuit. In March of this year, I was informed that the case had been settled and I would receive further information on the steps to take to file a payout claim form. I never received further contact. After not hearing from the company, I recently reached out to *****, claims administer and was told that I missed the deadline to file a claim to receive the payout. None of the emails that I received mentioned a deadline to file a claim. And I never received the specific email informing me of steps to file a claim.

I hired them for a lawsuit and which I was suppose to get $150.00 and a five year subscription to a credit monitor company. I received an email from Milberg stating all this about three months ago and as this date, I have not received anything. Attempts to notify them have gone unsuccessful. I can not get them to contact me.
