- Refund and Exchange Policy
We will issue refunds based on individual cases regarding mistakes in our handling of your order. We do not issue refunds on custom cut boards or oversize boards that require truck shipment. We do not issue refunds based on product dis-satisfaction but will work with you to get satisfaction from the manufacturer of the product. If boards are damaged we will file claims against our shippers on your behalf and work with you to send a replacement .
