I purchased electric bike from *******, the sales person said that the bike in not assembled at the time but the company that assembles is in the back of the store and if I would like to wait they can assemble it for me. I agreed on the wait time and after about 20 minutes the bike was ready. I asked the sales person if my son can ride the bike when we get home, he said yes. When we got home my son made a few circle around and and came bake home. We put the bike to charge as instructed over ******** the morning my son took the bike for a ride about 100 yards from the house the front wheel fell off, my son fell from the bike, broke his collar bone, glasses and iPhone. The neighbors heard him crying and came to help. We ended taking my son to emergency room and returning the bike at the same day. I made the claim and ******* sent me a letter saying to contact Allied Assembly Inc. ******* stated that the supplier or its insurance company will be responsible for the investigation and resolution of this claim. On July 25th I received a call from Allied Assembly Inc, at that time I was on business trip and wasn't able to talk, we agreed that they will call me the next day. I called them many times, sent a few emails unfortunately I was unable to get in touch of them, nor did they call me since that first call.
