0n July 18, 2022, I contracted with Assemblers Inc., to arrange assembly of a gazebo on my back patio. The assembly amount of $838.95, was immediately charged to my account. On July 28, 2022, their employee arrived at my home to complete the assembly. During the process, he allowed the connected framework to fall to the ground splitting and splintering the wood in various areas. The gazebo was damaged beyond repair. The installer left my home leaving the wood and various parts from the assembly scattered about my patio along with discarded boxes and trash on the ground beside my home. After contacting them, Assemblers Inc., promised to replace the gazebo with a new one, assemble the new gazebo as contracted, and haul away the damaged unit and trash. They assigned ******************************* *************) to "manage" the process. However, since that time nothing has occurred. Several promises have been made related to next steps and for a tracking number for the new ordered, but to date nothing has occurred. They are now non-responsive to my call for an update. I am usually told that a manager will contact me shortly, which never happens. Today (August 8 2022), I stayed on hold for nearly an hour waiting for a manager to address the situation and provide an update or feedback and still received no response. I was told a week ago that I would be given a tracking number for the replacement item, but nothing has occurred. Everyone in the organization is completely nice when you do talk to them, but it's just air, nothing is ever accomplished. The customer is not a priority. For nearly two week, the broken gazebo and debris remain in my backyard even after they promised to pick it up. They have sent a supervisor to my home to take pictures of the damage, yet there's been no concrete follow up to address the situation. I have been dissatisfied with their poor response, mismanagement, consistent lies and promise. The gazebo was ordered from ****** for $1767.99

      Better Business Bureau:

My complaint is still valid.  For some reason it was sent to the incorrect BBB Office.  This is for the BBB Office in *********** **.  If my complaint cannot be forwarded, I will resubmit to that office.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me. The message was routed to the incorrect office of the BBB.
