      Over the phone the attorney stated he would do a job for ***** if no trial necessary and ***** if trial necessary. Then he sent bill saying needs ***** to start. There was no trial, but i had sent him 4k. There was no trial. I'm not sure if he filed anything other than appearance and has not shown any documents or videos that i am legally *********** see. I would like to review if he did discovery and call it a day or receive the funds overpaid in accordance with our agreement. He is unresponsive or sends messages claiming he will get in touch but then disappears. Also i was unable to find his law firm registered with the state of ********. This has been almost a year of non answers. I am considering filing IDARC and Attorney General Complaints and Business Reviews through media etc but would prefer to settle this professionally between two professionals and believe we can save a lot of time by just making an appointment to review discovery as previously agreed.
