    Paid for a full year membership. I almost was an investor in the service. Service has had multiple short comings. **************** representative hides behind emails, doesn't ask appropriate questions and uses bad information for red herrings. I paid for a service where the attorneys weren't providing the advertised services. There isn't a proper customer service contact method. An attorney lied about my interaction with her while being abusive on the phone. To cover up her behavior, she lied about my statements to her. When customer service was contacted they lied about my interactions with her, never addressing or asking questions related to my concern. They then lied and said I only paid $14 and my card was declined. I paid for the previous service on a monthly basis to see if I wanted to invest in the company. I continued the service for myself by purchasing a yearly membership. The service is advertised as providing emergency support with police malpractice issues. I never received that service and in one instance my confidentiality was breached. I paid for the yearly membership and almost invested $1000 as an investment through a separate platform. (My potential investment is irrelevant to this purchase other than providing support for a belief about what the company would offer as a service) . The company is denying that I paid for a yearly service, has suspended my account, and hasn't remedied the harm they caused by the lack of meeting the advertised service.
