      Absolutely disgusting sales practices.I am a receptionist at a manufacturing plant in ********. A woman called saying she was from a company we regularly do business with, even dropping the name of an employee there. She wanted to speak with my boss, so i put her through. Once she was talking to him, she immediately dropped the act and set up a sales meeting for PHMG.The next day, they used an edited recording of my call as the centerpiece of their sales pitch. It removed the part of her lying about what company she was from and made me look absolutely incompetent. I was never made aware that they were recording me. Thankfully, my boss saw through it, but it was still humiliating. Not to mention completely illegal.

      I absolutely love working with PHMG! I have had several account managers, but have been working with *********************** recently. She's a dream to work with. She reminds me when it is time to update our recordings and works diligently to make sure they're perfect for me and walks me through the process to update them on our end every time. She has endless patience. I definitely do not regret working with PHMG.

      I am new to my company and had to get there phone systems updated. PHMG walked me through the process. They have made it easy and painless. Very helpful and always reply to my emails in a timely manner. I have enjoyed working with them so far and I am sure we will be working together in the future. Thank you!

      DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER, BAIT AND SWITCH! They do a 36 month contract (ok fine) but they will autorenew your contract and tell you there is nothing you can do about it other than pay the full amount up front for the 3 year term, to cancel. despite my MANY calls and emails (10 each) throughout our contract period, letting them know my intent and wishes to cancel at our contracts end, I was autorenewed for 3 MORE YEARS AND THEIR LEGAL TEAM HAS ADVISED THEY DO NOT CARE AND WILL NOT CANCEL, I AM BOUND TO 3 MORE YEARS AT OVER $300 PER MONTH, OVER $11,000. They were very communicative during the contract, EXCEPT IN THE LAST 2 MONTHS OF THE CONTRACT - WHICH IS THE CANCELLATION PERIOD. PHMG doesn't care about your business or the repercussions of their sneaky contract terms. Absolutely unethical. Disgusting.
