    Worst place ever putting glue on parts using old parts and screws that are worn didn't do half good should be put out of business customer ********************** is pathetic. The people doing the work are worse than a alley mechanic I hope you get shut down soon karma will bite you

    I have been waiting for my car to be fixed since September 2022. My car was at the 59th street location where one of the personnel that was previously working on my case was let go. Still being at the 59th location it has been moved over to their 23rd stet location without me knowing until I called to see if my car was ready on December 13th. My insurance company is paying for the repairs but no one has been properly been communicating with me about updates until I called my insurance company on December 15th. Usually I'm the one calling to see what's the status on my car. This was going well at first but now it's a frustrating process because I don't understand what is taking so long to get my car fixed if the parts are not on back order. I have run out of days for my insurance company to cover rental and on December 13th I was told that South Loop would cover car rental but when I arrived I was told I would get one of the shop loaner cars. The first car I was put in was reeking smoke, ash tray was in the cup holder, found a bottle of wine on the back floor, when I gave it to the lady manager she put the bottle in the trunk which was filled other stuff so if I needed space there was no where to put it except in the inside back seat. Which I find to be unexceptionable. Not being able to inhale the smoke smell I returned it to get a different loaner car. This whole process has been frustrating and an inconvenience for me. It don't take 3 months to fix a car.
