I been dealing with business for the past three years, they first took ***** dollars from me for a used engine which I am not even sure if they gave me a used engine. Then a week later he said I needed new sparks which I thought came with the used engine. I been coming back to them since and the engine light comes on occasionally and I always go their to get it fixed, then something else be wrong with, they told me they had fixed a 100 dollar issue for 800. Now I just spent 900 for a steering wheel problem and when I told him it wasnt fixed he told I need to spend more money on another problem. This place is a cheat, scammer, they will cause a problem on your car. They have my engine hooked up where whenever I need a oil change, the engine light comes on. They told me I had a 800 dollar problem when I took it another shop and he said all I needed was a 75 clamp. I had him fixed my car because my steering wheel was tight, he put in a steering wheel pump, and the steering wheel was still tight, and he said it needed something else when i complained about it, and told me I need a new part but I just walked away because i didnt want to hear it.

We first met Mr ****** 2 years ago when he brought his Hummer to our repair shop so we could diagnose the engine overheating and white smoke coming out the tailpipe. We found the engine had a blown head gasket and recommended replacing the engine for a used one. The estimate we gave him for the engine replacement included gaskets, spark plugs, and other components (invoice is attached). He eventually returned because the check engine light came on and, at that time, we found he had a misfire and recommended replacing the ignition coils and an intake air box that was leaking. He was initially upset that he needed new ignition coils and the air box as he thought these components were replaced along with the used engine. After some explaining and coming to an agreement, we got the work done and the misfire was gone (invoice attached). He returned about a year later with a check engine light on. He was again upset and wanted warranty for the used engine that we had installed. We explained the check engine light was on for an evaporative system code indicating a leak within that system. We explained that this code has nothing to do with the used engine we installed and showed him where the leak was coming from and after understanding and agreeing we did the work (invoice attached). Last week he returned and wanted us to change his oil. He also wanted us to check a noise the truck was making in the suspension, along with the check engine light. We checked the suspension and found the shim was making the noise and removed it. We performed the oil change and did a visual inspection on the undercarriage of the vehicle. At this time, we noticed a power steering leaking coming from his power steering pump and hoses and recommended replacing these parts. We gave him an estimate and he agreed so we performed the repairs. He picked the vehicle up and returned 2 days later complaining that the steering wheel was hard. We reinspected the vehicle and the repairs we performed, and we found that his hard steering was due to a u-joint on the steering shaft that was binding. The steering shaft was recommended, and he got upset and was arguing with our service advisor. Over the 2 years, Mr ****** has been a good customer and although there have been some instances, where weve disagreed, weve always been able to come to an understanding and perform the repairs. This last time was different, He got upset and started insulting and shouting at our service advisor, calling him names. We are understanding and are always open to come to some kind of an agreement with our customers so that they are happy, and their cars are repaired. Mr. ****** didnt give us the opportunity to provide him with an estimate or some kind of middle ground. We understand that Mr. ****** is looking for a refund, but we will not be providing any refunding because the power steering pump and the hoses we installed had nothing to do with his hard steering issue. We replaced the pump and hoses due to a leak not because his steering was hard. The steering shaft needs to be replaced, and the part needs to be replaced due to wear and tear. Also due to his aggressive behavior and the way he acted towards our service advisor, wed prefer not have him return. Like stated before, we are always open to come to some kind of agreement but due to his behavior wed prefer not to have him return.
