      My sr22 ended March 19, 2022. I contacted the insurance company some time after to inform them I no longer needed the insurance. They told me to send a letter from the state to cancel the insurance, however, the state told me they only send out one letter and that the insurance company had to contact them. Today, the 19th of August, I contacted the insurance company and they refuse to contact the state. So I called and put them on 3way. The state told the insurance company what I was told and the still refuse to cancel the sr22. Looking for refund from March 19 Til now, the 19th of August, for the unneeded insurance.

      To whom it may concern:
      On 8-6-22, Mr. ******* ****** El submitted a payment to renew his SR22 policy.   On 8-10-22, Insure On The Spot Services,**** mailed Mr. ****** Els policy.  On 8-19-22, Mr. ****** El contacted our office to cancel his insurance.  At that time, Mr. ****** El was informed he needed to submit a cancellation letter in order to process his request.  Insure On The Spot Services, **** never received a cancel letter from Mr. ****** El.   On 8-22-22, Insure On The Spot Services, ****forwarded Mr. ****** EL BBB customer statement to American Freedom ********************** Company asking to back the cancel to 3-19-22.  American Freedom Insurance Company processed the cancellation notice on 8-23-22 and Insure On The Spot Services, **** issued a refund check the same day.
      We feel the above information should answer any questions regarding this matter.

      I had a accident on July 4th, they told me that they would be finalizing the claim but no one has contacted me since then I called and go to the voicemail. I am not satisfied with the claim process and need someone to contact me
