    I OWN MENARD AUTO REPAIR SHOP AND PLACED AN ORDER FOR A RADIATOR FOR A CUSTOMER'S CAR. ITS EXTREMLY HARD TO GET A HOLD OF ANYONE AT THIS COMPANY. WHEN I RECIEVED AN EMAIL BACK FROM THEM AND THEY TOLD ME TO SHIP THE RADIATOR BACK TO THEM AND GAVE ME AN ADDRESS TO RETURN IT. FEDEX CALLED SAYING THERE WAS NOBODY TO SIGN AND RECEIVE THE DELIVERY. WE PAID FOR AN ADDITIONAL ATTEMPT AFTER VERIFYING THE ADDRESS. FEDEX WAS STILL UNABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY DELIVER THE RETURNED ITEM. THEY HAVE NOT OFFERED ANY ADDITIONAL HELP IN FACILITATING THE AGREED UPON RETURN. THIS PROCESS HAS TAKEN MONTHS AND NOW HAVE TO FILE A BBB COMPLAINT AND NOW HAVE TO REACH OUT TO OUR BANK FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS OR ORDER FROM THEM, ITS A NIGHTMARE!

    I ordered a radiator from ECP and when I received it the radiator was damaged due to *** shipping the radiator without sufficient packaging. I mean a single row of bubble wrap in an oversized box. They shipped me a replacement so I shipped the original radiator back and sent the replacement to my mechanic to install. They opened the box to find no fans on the replacement radiator. When I contacted ECP they said that is normal. They never told me they weren't going to include the fans and that I the customer would have to remove and install the fans on the replacement radiator. I called and told ***** ( the sales Person) to overnight the new radiator. He ignored the request and simply shipped it ground. That was on a Thursday and I had a show to take the truck to that Saturday. They just failed at every turn. And when I asked to talk to the owner he refused to provide the information. I would not buy anything from this company. They just cant seem to get anything right.

    Purchased 2 row radiator for **** Corvette. Much to thick and would not fit without major modification. Called E.C.P. and they acknowledged modification was necessary. Nowhere on website was this explained. E.C.P. said to return the radiator with a copy of the original receipt and write on receipt "does no fit car". Shipped back at a cost of $39.00. No return shipping label was provided. Partial credit issued less $78.00. Now I am out of pocket $117.00 and no radiator. Called E.C.P. and talked to receptionist and was told they do not return shipping and charged 10% for minor damage to cooling fins. I explained damaged happened because radiator was too thick and did not fit my car properly. She said she would talk to dispatch and call me back. No Call Back! Put formal complaint with **** against E.C.P. and within 24 hours I rec'd full credit of my original purchase. I am still out of pocket $39.00 for return shipping. That's the cost of doing business with a poorly run company. BEWARE!
