    On 05/04/2024 my husband and I took our car to get repaired for the manifold catalytic magnaflow converter and we and the mechanic went down to look to see what was needed to be fix , he said it can be fixed but we have to order the parts he wanted us to pay him by ***** and we said no so we gave cash to ******* $655.00 we well pay the rest when the job is done . Driving home my car sound very loud something not right so my husband checked underneath the car and the catalytic converter cover was missing my husband call ******* and he said the guy that was working on it went to ****** and for us to wait until he came back well 2 weeks later we called and ******* the owner said the guy is not coming back so I dont know what he did with it , I said you have to replace it he said no its not a new car I told him buy one at the junkyard he still refused and said come back Ill order it we called so many times and still refuse to to refund me or order my parts . So I went over and the that supposedly was in ****** was not in ******. He was in jail. Show me his ankle monitor. And hes not responsible for my miss placement of my cover . I called today and he said I didnt have a cover he was with us when we first took the car . I told him I received a parking ticket and they have to pay for because they parked my car where it says no parking $75.00 I had to go over there and show him and still gave me a hard time yelling he had customers there I refuse to leave so he did pay for the ticket ******* the owner refused to pay for my cover to my ****** Outback

    To whom it may concern,
    On 05.04.24, ****** and **** came in requesting for their catalytic converter to be repaired. We inspected the car and realized we needed to order a part, I explained pricing and payment. We accept cash and zelle however we do have a preferred method of payment. They stated they didn't want to use zelle and wanted to leave a deposit of $655 cash and when the work is done, they'll pay the remaining balance. I agreed and one of my technicians completed the work. At the time when I received notice from ****, I had to speak with the technician about the issue. I explained to **** what was going on, I couldn't get in touch with the technician, to bare with me as I can't control what my employees do outside of business hours. Once I got in touch with the technician, he explained to me he didn't recall a cover being there prior to the work being finished. Due to the inconvenience, I offered ******, I could order the part from the junkyard. He said "no he wanted the cash instead because he wanted the part brand new". Later, I was informed about a parking ticket, I do have to see the physical notice so I can move forward to resolving. Unfortunately, we don't offer cash refunds, instead we order what needs to be replaced especially in unprecedented situations. ****** and ****, I'm sincerely sorry for your experience with us. I am willing to order the cover and fix your experience with us. I apologize for the misunderstanding on my part. Thank you for providing this feedback.

    I call Ace muffler  on sept 16, 2024 at approximately 10:41 no answer I sent them a text message no answer September 17 10:49 AM I called they answered. I gave them the information I sent it in a text message. I have not heard from them. It is 1 oclock. They said they would order it for me. Im still waiting to see if, they are going to answer

    I am rejecting this response because:
    On Saturday ****** dealer called me and said that the part was in but ******* did not answer his phone all morning or all day and he still did not answer the phone so I called later on and his answering service was full. Then I attempt to call towards the evening and the answering service was back on and he he told Subaru part dealer that as soon as the part came in for for the ****** to call him and he would give them his credit card so he can pay for it and once again, he did not answer his phone. Theyre gonna try to call him again with no luck.

    I am rejecting this response because: He didn't pay for the part he wrongfully ordered at ****** and Evergreen. It wasn't even the correct part; he still didnt pay for it. He wants me to go back to the Ace Muffler, which I am not going back to because he made me go too many times without paying me or ordering the correct parts.
