    On 01/15/2024 I made a $3,221.46 purchase with this business, that involved a transmission that was purchased at ***. There was a 1 year warranty written in on the receipt and signed to honor the write in. Now 10/04/2024 I come back for an oil leak and a rack and pinion. I financed the work with ***** and was granted $3,500. And the work came out to be $2,809.82. I pick it up 10/09/2024 and had to bring it back the following week for the same oil leak. They find another problem, and now my amount is over $3,500. They said they fixed the leak and did the work. I had to bring it in 2 more times for an oil leak that was never fixed but continuously charged for new work that wasn't there initially. Now I need the transmission fixed and I have a warranty for 1 year the receipt says. But the owner of *** says that the warranty was for 6 months but it is up to Xpress Auto and Tire. The owner of this location is saying that he didn't write in the one year warranty because he was in ****** deported. So his son was running Xpress Auto and Tire when this invoice was made. And the secretary that worked for his son at the time signed the write in. Now the owner us back from ****** and not honoring what his son guaranteed. I need Xpress Auto and Tire to live up to this receipt and replace my transmission before the 1 year is over.

    I am rejecting this response because:There was another transmission purchased in May of 2024 ******* the one purchased in January broke down. The warranty was still valid. After getting this other transmission by ***, another 6 month warranty was put onto it and the business told me that they would give me a year warranty for the inconvenience. The owners son can attest to this. But the owner did not approve of his son doing this and is claiming theft from his son. Why would you put your son in charge to then say he stole from you. No. *** has another warranty for a transmission for my car in May of 2024. A 6 month warranty from that date would have still been active if the owner didn't wait until it lapsed to look into it.

    His son *** and his assistant Melissa  promised me a 1 year warranty after the other transmission was put in in May. This was for the inconvenience of the first one going out on me in less than 6 months. The receipt for this is in his Quick books so his son says but he refuses to look it up because he practices beating people out of their money.

    His son is willing to put the transmission in my car for free since his father has done this but his father refused to put in the claim in time, or properly.
