I took my car to AutoZone because the engine light came on, they gave me a code reading P0760 which is a shift Solenoid. So, on March 16,2024 I went to FAS auto repair to have my car serviced. The mechanic test drove the car and came back and said it's the transmission. I provided him a copy of my AutoZone report he stated that the repairs would cover the shift solenoid since it is inside of the transmission. The mechanic said the cost is $1400.00, pay half up front and the rest when the job is finished. The mechanic gave me a 90-day warranty. I paid the $700.00 via Zelle payment to get the job started. The mechanic called me March 21,2024 to pick up my car. I got to the shop paid the balance of $700.00 I drove my car to the gas station and the car started making noises and the engine light came on. I took my car back to AutoZone so they could read the code, and it gave me the same reading P0760 shift Solenoid. So, I immediately took my car back to the shop. The mechanic said bring the car back Saturday March 23,2024 and I will see what the problem is. I took my car back the mechanic said the car will be ready the same day. The car wasn't ready the same day, in fact I had to keep calling the mechanic he wouldn't take any of my calls. So, I asked my mom to stop by the shop because I was unable to make it to the shop to due to my hours at work. I made it to the shop just before they closed, I test drove my car and the same thing happened. So, I have been calling and the mechanic won't *************, I've stopped by the auto shop he won't take my car in to fix the problem that I paid him to fix. I am seeking your assistance to help me to get this issue rectified.

    To whom it may concern,
We have received your letter with ID # ********. Customer did come in with her transmission not working. We replaced the transmission and gave her her car back. She did come back and we did the transmission once again UNDER HER WARRANTY. After the second transmission we explained to her that since she used her car with a bad transmission the first time it caused her cars computer to mess up. Therefore now she has to go fix her computer. We do not work on electrical . But we did recommend her to a good car electric specialist. She agreed she would go. At no time have we said we won't respect her warranty. However her first original transmission was not working any more and it has been changed twice as she has a warranty . She was not charged anything extra for that. Now she needs to fix the car's computer. It is not our problem or covered by our warranty. It's like if her engine would go out during our warranty that has nothing to do with changing the transmission. So we dont understand why she is complaining about us when we are here to help . We answer all our calls and she can freely walk in whenever she wants. She has a 3 month warranty on her transmission. Once she fixed the computer / electric problem the transmission will work properly.  If she had any problem with the transmission after that we will gladly help her with her warranty.
For any other questions please feel free to contact me ****** at ************ or my cell is ************ thank you.
    Sincerely,
