    I made an appointment to have my brakes done at this Mavis location on 04/04/24 at 8am. I arrived at 7:55am and waited outside the store until 8:30am when I was finally acknowledged by one of the employees who arrived at the same time I had. *** opened the door to let me in and said he was on the phone with his boss. After his phone call was completed, ************* told me that they could not honor the appointment because they did not have a mechanic available and their was nothing they could do for me. This was after I patiently waited 45 minutes for them to honor my appointment time. I called their customer service number to complain. I was contacted by a District Manager who after hearing how I was treated, apologized and offered to not only honor the brake sale price at another location, but a $200 store voucher as an apology. I agreed and thought it was very fair and generous. The district manager wanted to get me an appointment that day but I told him that I had already taken off enough work that I would have to reschedule so he said they would send that voucher out to me in a day or two and that I could use it at any time I wanted. It is days later and I have not received any voucher or any contact from Mavis. I also cannot get through to the District Manager on the number he provided nor can I get a hold of anyone at the location. I feel as if I was lied to and treated like an insignificant piece of garbage that they just wanted to make go away since they could not follow thru on the appointment or the compensation I was promised to rectify the situation.

    Bring my car to this location for tire rotation, to check the tire balance and alignment after seven hours went to pick up my car and noticed that is damage under the floorboard in my car and notified the store manager about this issue he sent a worker to my car with a hammer he tries to attempt to fix it and he makes a hole in the floorboard and cut the carpet, so I make claim with company and after few weeks they deny my claim, have two estimates for damages, spoke with mechanics who give my estimate and they clearly noticed that my car wasn't properly lifted and that's why they make damage to my floorboard
