This company is a fraudulent company that has no business being in business. They low ball the evaluation of the vehicle and have no concept of real valuation. If your insurance company is using them and you have the means to fight them, fight them as they will rip you off of thousands of dollars. It seems like they have no concept of what a real valuation would be. Do not trust this company.

Why would ***** a highly rated ***************** agree to work with a D-rated company?

I was in a total loss accident no fault with a **** policy holder and **** uses CCC1 to establish cars value this company uses fraudulent vin numbers for cars that can not be verified to lowball value of vehicle. Even after sending in multiple comparisons with real vin numbers they only added a few hundred more and after listening to the rep make up nonsense literally just saying a bunch of gibberish with the **** rep ***signing it. I was honestly flabbergasted just how low these two companies would go to get out of paying me a fair, not good or great just fair amount for my vehicle. I just excepted it because I knew this nutty c*** would go on for weeks. Both companies need a class action lawsuit against them.

If I could give a zero I would! They totalled my pickup with very minor damage then gave comp vehicles that were not comparable at all. When we sent them ones that were they dismissed them. Only using non existing vehicle comps (we couldn't find some of the ones they used) or companies that were out of business. How is that a legal comp? My pickup has a brand new motor. Everything rebuild and brand new front to back and the body is still in great condition. They didn't care, they only looked at the year and what the tach said. They are scammers and are only swindling the consumer and our insurance company didn't care. I wish I would have thought to fight for a different company to be used. But our frustration with this scam company got the best of us. There was always a voicemail and we wouldn't get calls returned for weeks on end. Then they wouldn't hear what we said or take our information. They dismissed anything we had that would prove the value of our vehicle was much greater. We got screwed by this company! It's like the insurance company didn't care and used them to low ball us. It's so scary that they continue to be used and trusted by our insurance companies and are still in business and the insurance commissioner doesn't audit them the way they do the insurance companies. Why does the commissioner allow the insurance companies to just say ccc gave me the value when they do not have a good reputation, they are not a company that wants to help the consumer, they low ball and s**** the customer. They have no legal repercussions what so ever. Someone need to be held accountable for their fraudulent actions!

I am shocked there is only 1 review. I have gotten two cars totalled with insurance that use ccc **** for their valuation. The first one ccc *** valuation claimed the two comp vehicles were exactly the same miles and everything as our **** ***** b****. They said dealer quote was **** for one and **** from the other and so our value was the average 3050.They lited dealer quote seprate from the dealer name and contact but we contacted the dealers anyway and they had not had those types of trucks for sale. One was a Maserati dealership I laughed to think of a **** ma,da b**** with ****** miles on their lot: the co.p vehicles had no guns so we're fake. We wrote a ***** letter to the insurance requesting a different company or better report and got it and got **** more than before. It is like the insurance companies use them s***e they low-ball to save them money while still meeting the legal requirements. Don't ask me why the fair settlement claim laws have all specific rules UNLESS a co.puteri,ex program does the valuation.theres no real oversight of this. And so they get away with it and only occasionally get a consumer who pushes back. My second car totalling their report contained comp vehicles with ***** more miles than mine. It's a 2011 with ***** miles and the co.ps are 1 with ***** less and 1 with ***** .more and 2 with ***** more and two with ***** more. That is not a comp. There are plenty of 2011 328i sulev bmws around with ***** or so miles in ca they should use those instead of way far off mileage ones that they then adjust for the difference using some unrealistic unexplained formula. The actual comps with my mileage are ***** to12999 but that would mean the average would be higher. It is so scary that they keep being in business and the insurance commissioner doesn't audit them the way they do the insurance companies. And they let the insurance companies just say ccc *** gave me the value. Lame.

Fraud-like behavior. They provided us with two car listings to validate the low-ball $$ amount for our totaled van. When I went to look up the provided *************** at the provided dealerships, the vans did not exhist. They simply made them up. They were hypothetical $ amounts from two partner dealerships, neither of which sold vans. Ultimately I pushed back and provided examples and we got $12,000 more than their initial offer. What infuriated me was if they hadn't low-balled us, we probably would've believed them. How many people are they taking advantage of? They were working on behalf of Liberty Mutual.
