    Our credit card was charged in a transaction where we are not even the client. We are event producers and in this instance, we were marked at the shipping address. In order to expedite a previous order in November 2024 we paid for an item on our client's behalf, indicating it as a one time usage. Fast forward to January 2025 and another order was placed by our client. The order was received by us and our client requested the business to provide with with a quote or estimate such that they could generate the corresponding PO number. They are a university and this is the purchasing process. Well, today, Sports Awards charged our "one-time" usage card for over $7000! Card 0931 is our card and the business name doesn't even match the client name. They were not authorized and now they are not returning our phone calls, nor our money. To make it worse, they even charged a state-owned purchase card with authorization. Here's their response:For every order, I email over a copy of the order and ask for a credit card number or purchase order all three of these orders were rushes and we didnt have time to get the purchase order numbers I dont know which credit card belongs to who. Per my notes for each order, this is what I received below On SO#****** invoice number ****** I received the credit card number ending in 0931 total of $2,095.75 On SO#****** invoice number ****** I received the credit card number ending in 6746 total of $4,867.75 On SO#****** invoice numbers ****** & ****** I received the credit card ending in 0931 total of $5,100.93 ($1,280.78 & $3,820.18) We shipped out on two different dates we shipped out the trophies on 1/7 and the plates and medals on 2/9 Please let us know if you want to use a different credit card number otherwise these transactions we stay as is per what I have received moving forward if you need to pay by purchase orders only then you need to give us more time for production

    We contacted the customer, and everything was credited back on February 14TH 2025, this was all settled at that time.
