    Please note that this company's *** (doing business as) name is Publisher Resources. Adding that here for the *** so people can actually find this page, and I submitted the info to the BBB because I think it should be added to this page.I purchased an **** by mistake from this company, then immediately contacted them to get a refund. I expected a quick refund and to be on my way. What I found were rude employees and layers of obfuscation in the company that are designed to avoid accountability or responsibility.The **** passes through three different companies, all of which have partnerships and/or are agents of each other. They all use the excuse that the other companies in the chain won't let them give a refund. Considering these three companies are inextricably linked, and are the only path for an independent publisher to get an **** in ********, it seems contrived when they act like the other companies won't let them give a refund.The name on this BBB page doesn't match their *** name "Publisher Resources" and the website on this BBB page doesn't match the website I was logged into to get the **** (www.isbn-us.com). That made this BBB page very hard to find. I can only theorize that if it was easier to find, there would be more accountability. I speak of accountability because the employees I spoke to were very rude, much like the company's replies to complaints on this page are. I hope that the *** name "Publisher Resources" being added to this BBB page would allow people to properly find this company's BBB page and lodge complaints. In my opinion the lack of accountability has led to the rude behavior I experienced.Also, I estimate that the company's "A+" BBB rating that the person replying to this page brags about wouldn't be so high if people could actually find this page and lodge complaints.I find this company to be simply greedy and rude. I'm leaving a review rather than a complaint because that's how much I don't want to deal with them anymore.
