    I would like to address a significant concern regarding the tub reglazing service I received from Art of Reglazing in July 2022. I entrusted their company with the task of reglazing my tub for a total cost of $1540.00, with the expectation that the work would be of high quality and backed by a 5-year guarantee. Unfortunately, I must express my deep disappointment as the tub has not held up as promised. The condition of the reglazed tub is far from my initial expectations, and I find it imperative to seek immediate resolution. Over the past few months, I have made numerous attempts to communicate my concerns and request the repairs that were promised under their guarantee, but regrettably, these efforts have yielded no results. Specifically, a person sent by their company was dispatched to address the issues with the tub, but the quality of the repair work was subpar, leaving the tub in a worse condition than before. I have diligently documented this process with emails and telephone records that clearly illustrate my numerous attempts to engage in a productive dialogue with his company. Regrettably, despite my persistence, there has been no follow-up from Art of Reglazing to address and rectify these issues.I kindly request one of the following resolutions: Immediate Tub Repair OR a Refund of my money paid for the service. I urge Art of Reglazing to promptly send a skilled technician to rectify the issues with the reglazed tub, ensuring that the work is completed to the highest standards and in alignment with the originally promised quality.Refund: Alternatively, should it prove impossible to rectify the tub to my satisfaction, I request a full refund of the $1540.00 I paid for your reglazing services.
