    My daughter got a quote from this college, remaining balance was supposed to be $3378. Now when I inquire about remaining balance was told I owed $3778. I was sent a document on June 6 with the original payment on it, which I also had documented other places. When I open the download from the 6th it is a document with my daughter's signature from June 13th with the date looking tampered with. I called & asked why I can't receive the original document they said it is. It wasn't the lady dealing with me ****** says she will not explain or look into how I received a document 7 days before it existed & will not provide me with the original copy from June 6. I want to know what is happening & they refused to acknowledge or look into. I need to be contacted please.

    During the initial Financial Aid Appointment which took place on June 6, 2024 Tricocis Financial Aid Coordinator reviewed the financial aid award offer with the  student and parent which showed gap balance of $3,778 (tuition less financial aid). The unsigned financial Aid award offer was then e-mailed directly to the parent per their request. On June 11, 2024, parent called our financial aid coordinator agreeing to the plan, which we then scheduled a follow up appointment with the student. On June 13, 2024, the student and our financial aid coordinator went over the plan once again in detail on how the gap balance would be paid.

    Student then signed all financial aid documents via secure DocuSign that showed the same gap balance of $3,778. Also, our business office sends out a monthly invoices  ahead of the payment that is due which showed the original payment plan amount (gap balance)  along with a monthly payment. Per a conversation with parent and our Vice President of Student Finance on October 1, 2024,parent agreed to make the rest of the payments per the signed agreement.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Totally did not receive a email stating amount agreed upon. On June 6 I received an email with a document dated 7 days days later 6/13. When I asked about the original document no one can provide or explain the 6/6 email. Did not address the complaint at all about why I was not provided the CORRECT DOCUMENT on June 6th. They couldn't/wouldn't answer the question ?? instead kept asking me about the document I was requesting from them. The conversation I had with them they didn't explain anything just made excuses & refused to provide original document or proof of meeting on June 6th.

    The document from June 6th was an estimated offer letter - based upon the data and documentation available at the time. The June 13th document was the final award, which was signed by the student. The amounts on both documents are the same - they did not change - with the remaining balance of $3,778.00 clearly stated at the bottom of the document.

    I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS DOCUMENT I RECEIVED A DIFFERENT DOCUMENT WHEN INQUIRED ABOUT THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT WAS NOT ABLE TO BE PROVIDED ABOUT IT THE WHOLE THING IS AS YOU ARE NOT ANSWERING THE ORIGINAL QUESTION I WANT TO BE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT WHEN I INQUIRED TO YOU ABOUT IT I DID NOT GET TO THAT DOCUMENT SO YOU CAN KEEP ANSWERING BACK TO THESE COMPLAINTS BUT THE WHOLE THING IS WHEN I WANTED THE ORIGINAL STATEMENT OF THE ESTIMATE WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE YOU GUYS WOULD NOT DID NOT PROVIDE IT!!!!!!!!!!! All you're trying to do is save face but what it boils down to is you guys are a bunch of liars who can't provide proof of what I was asking for in the original case which is why it's going through the better Business bureau now. So keep answering back and I'm going to keep denying it

    I am a former graduate of Tricoci university (as of 9/10). I am constantly reaching out via text, emails, & calls to the financial aid advisor and not getting any answers or responses. The only and only time I got an answer over the phone I was advised by **** that my balanced which I called to pay off had changed tremendously. Hence, had I not reached out I would have never known that any changes were made. I thought I owed $400 but when I called he said no your balance is $4000. He explained to me that i needed to go online and apply for financial aid again although I had already applied and nothing changed (he was wrong). Had me fill out a whole new form, distracted me from making the $400 payment & made me be in deferment with my student loan because after I re-applied like he told me to I NEVER got any help from him after. Ive callled all numbers listed online and got no answers! I was then set to graduate and unable to pay my remaining balance because of the confusion he caused and never cleared up. Leaving me unable to pay the balance, unable to get my transcripts, & unable to take my state boards! Also a lot of other students complain about him

    Tricoci has confirmed that her final balance now owed is
    only $485. Her financial aid for her 2nd academic year has just posted last week leaving her with this
    balance.  When she talked to Zach, her final Ttile 4 disbursements had not been
    received by the University so her balance looked higher.  This
    balance does match her the Estimated Award Letter that she signed on Match 28, 2024 reflecting
    that she would owe us $485 (and would make $97 per month payments) She has not
    made any payments yet to Tricoci.
