    This business is scamming people for there money they over charging make up different price and when i try to cancel my order they was giving me hard time refusing my phone call, Im asking to speak to the manger there giving me the running around then want charge me $700.00- $800.00 on delivery fee from there warehouse to there store but yet they had everything in the store already then they said that 30% fee as well, but yet you wanted charger me ***** to delivery to my house.. and then they told me i need to smoke marijuana **************** i felt insulted i never thought this how business run. they was calling my phone laughing and they since they have all information "Bank Account, SSI, Address, Job they was going to use it". they need to be shut down or invested ASAP.

    Hello. We are a professional business not scammers. The customer was happy with our service and products,  he even left us a 5 star review. He called our store the day of the delivery about an hour before the stuff was delivered and said he wanted to cancel and also harassing and cursing at our staff for no reason. I called him back to ask what was the problem he said he was drunk and didn't care what his wife wanted. This has nothing to do with us if it's a domestic dispute between them. I had talked to his wife before him and she stated that she doesn't know why he did this. You can look up our reviews and you will see he left us a five star. His wife has shopped with us a couple of times. **** the sales rep is very professional and well liked. I doubt he said some rude stuff. If he did he wouldn't have left a review. And I told him we go through 3rd party for delivery so we pay for it in advance which is $90, and that's what we charged him. And the stuff we have on our showroom floor is not the stuff we deliver. We ordered his stuff from warehouse and it's brand new, if we return it to warehouse for us to get a refund we get charged a 25% restocking fee. We did nothing wrong on our end. We have a no refund no exchange policy because of bed bugs and other situations. And we were willing to cancel as long as he pays those fees. We shouldn't be responsible for those fees. Thank you.
