    Dear Chicago BBB Representatives,

    I am rejecting this response because unfortunately ************ is saying things that are not true. I took multiple pictures of two Tampico Gallons, not just one gallon as he said to you. I think I sent around 7 or 8 pictures of  both containers to Tampico. I told them many times that the production codes were the same but they didn't want to understand.
    Please  upload copies of the pictures to my BBB complaint so the Tampico **************** can see it. I sent them to Miss ******, one of the representatives from your Better Business Bureau in *******. I spoke with her by phone twice about this matter.

    I called them many times to try to resolve this problem but they ignored my phone messages and my email messages too.I told them that I have been very busy with work and it is very hard for me and time consuming to take all these pictures but they don't seem to understand.
     I'm also attending physical therapy sessions for pain in my knees and this is taking a lot of time and energy from me. I called them several times during office hours and they also ignored my phone messages. I have also left messages with two of the receptionists. I will be glad to send you copies of my phone records showing how many times I called them and they ignored me.

    Unfortunately,I don't have the sales receipt any longer. There was a lot of rain that day when I bought the juices and the receipt got damaged.
    I'm a very honest person and I bought these juices here in ********. I have mentioned to them that the plastic containers are taking up a lot of space in my kitchen but they don't want to understand this. I got sick with the juices and I'm not charging them for my medication or for what happened to me.


     I only got one envelope with only three coupons. I'm only asking them to replace the juices that are left or to reimburse me. This is not right from the beverages company.  I will send a letter with more detailed information tomorrow for your review. I requested a prepaid postage envelope for me to mail them the plastic containers but they are not mailing this to me either.

    3 juice gallons from the 8 juice gallons that I purchased from them. They only sent me three replacement coupons to replace the product. I have asked them to send me a prepaid postage box in order for me to send them the plastic containers. The plastic containers are taking up a lot of space inside my apartment in ******** but they don't care about this. I sent them many pictures that I took for them but they are not replacing the 8 gallons of juice. They are also ignoring my phone calls and email messages. I can accept a refund of $27 Dollars for the 8 juices that were not replaced with coupons or 5 replacement coupons for the juices that are not replaced.All done concerning this matter will be greatly appreciated.     Good afternoon ********************,

    We acknowledge receipt of pictures on two different occasions,both times depicting one bottle of Mango Punch Zero.  It is customary to obtain proof of purchase before providing coupons to replace the product that was not satisfactory to our consumers.  This is typically done by providing the purchase receipt of the product.

    As you mentioned, such receipt is no longer available.  In lieu of the receipt, could you please send 1 picture showing the 8 bottles together to *********************************************.

    Upon receipt of one picture depicting the eight bottles of the subject product, five additional replacement coupons (since three were already provided)will be sent to you to replace the product.
