    Horrible experience. **** is a complete scammer. We had an appointment for him to come and complete our installation. We paid a deposit up front. When it came time for the appointment. He ghosted us. Never called. Never even reached out to say that he wasnt going to make it. We left our jobs to come home early and made arraignments to be home and NO SHOW from him. After many failed calls he finally answered and said he had an emergency. We were appalled by this behavior and unprofessionalism. We requested our deposit back and did not want to proceed with his services. He refused to refund our deposit.

    This customer was not scammed, I spoke to the customer within 35 minutes of our appointment. I did unfortunately miss our appointment, my family had a tragic 911 emergency that included my minor son. It was a very difficult situation for me and my family. For the record I made an appointment a week earlier with this customer and they canceled on me, we would have avoided this problem if they kept the original appointment. I apologized over a dozen times for the inconvenience, The woman I spoke to would not accept my apology and explanation. I offered to complete the job as soon as possible. The customer responded by bullying me for a full refund and that she would ruin my business. I explained that I had her shade(s) and was ready to keep my agreement, I already paid for them. I then I apologized that her invoice clearly states, "No refund". Later her husband called to say, "If you are smart businessman you would refund the deposit because my wife works for and is high up at ********** and she will hurt your business". My emergency was real, the Mequon, WI Police responded to our 911 call that very morning, this could not have been avoided. This customer stated several times that they would ruin me! All I want to do complete the job and make them happy, I have many great reviews and I get many referrals, I would have even made concessions. But they had no interest in communicating with me, they instead made many threats on my business success. They are not very nice people to deal with, all businesses should be careful in dealing with them.
