    This company truck damaged my car they refuse to contact me I've been contacting them for over a year multiple people! ****** ****** is worthless.I just want pictures they took of my car as well as reimbursement for having to fix my car that they caused. I have sent them the police reports and everything.

    There has been some turnover at the Safety position for Marina Cartage over the past year-plus, so it seems there was an issue communicating with Ms. ****** The complaint in question has to do with a reported Claim to Marina Cartage, ***** in which Ms. ******* vehicle windshield was damaged. I have responded back to her via email (attached), stating that we are denying liability due to lack of evidence. There was no rendering of services or any agreement in which Marina Cartage****** is responsible for any type of payment due to Ms. ****** Marina Cartage****** maintains proper Claim reporting guidlines and this incident was over looked with the turnover we have had recently.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    these are some of the pictures i have sent them in the past due to their negleance. Like i responded to the company i will contact a lawyer. I have witnesses in my vehicle, police report clear damage to my car. You can see clear as day some of the rocks we help remive from the back of the semi trailer so it wouldnt happen to anyone else. I do not accept they arent liable because then why would they have asked me for a quote on how much it was to get fixed. Ask me for the police report number that your driver refused to stay for. He took pictures of my car that i have been requesting for over a year now. Just because you have turn over at your company does not mean i should have to pay the price for what was your company fault.

    Ms. ****** you have every right to seek legal counsel on this property damage claim. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) does not handle complaints about claims or the legal process, looking into emails I do see where my predecessor informed you via email that the claim was denied (attached). I have been in my position since February of 2024 and have not spoke with you prior to the compliant. The company stance on the physical damage claim remains the the same, we are denying liability. As stated before, it is your right to address the claim through the legal process.
