Hello I visiting ***************** Hair Braiding shop on May 26th around noon. And I was under the impression that the owner **** was going to do a sew in hair style for me, instead, she let another lady work on my hair that turned out to be a disaster, I indicated to them I was not happy, the stylist tried to fix it by cutting hair out of the braids that she had sew in and therefore, it made the hair look further bad. Once the stylist was finished I was so disappointed that I just wanted to leave. They charge me $130 for this hair style that was awful and I had to buy the hair in which unnecessary hair used was cut up and destroyed the hair cost me for 2 packages $21.99 times 2 packs total $50. Once I got home, I took all that hair out because the work was bad, the stylist packed ton of hair gel in my hair that I had to wash out. So in closing I have no hairstyle at all. The owner wants more money to do my hair again. I told her she can keep the $130, I wasn't buying more hair or paying her more money. I am out of $130 & $50 for the hair I purchased and no hair do. I did indeed pay, because I just wanted out of there. I was so upset. PS. I did send her photo of me taking my hair down so she didn't think I was trying to get a free hair do. Thank you *************************
