    To my knowledge I cancelled my Marquee Subscription on August 30, 2024 but was charged again on September 24. I told Marquee I wanted a refund and they refused to give me a refund and I really don't appreciate this. I will be contacting my bank if they do not refund me. They claim since it is from ****** Play Store that they cannot refund me, however, ****** told me at Marquees discretion they can step in and offer a refund. I am being lied to and want a refund

    I had purchased a subscription from marquee sports network (which is owned and ran by them) for 1 month for $19.99. I believe I cancelled it on 9/30/2023 (day after purchase as I only needed it for 1 month) but when I looked at my statement, it looked like they charged me for a 2nd month. So I went back in and cancelled again and reached out to them asking for the credit as I had already cancelled prior. They said they wouldn't because they only saw my 2nd cancellation request which came after the due date. But if I did try to cancel prior and a technical issue caused it to not register, I shouldn't be billed for their error. It's only 1 month credit I'm requesting. And they can see I haven't even viewed it since being billed. I am requesting they give me the credit back to my card that was billed.
