      I called the conejo on Dec 23,2022 to purchase a round trip for ****** **. $383 About an hour after the purchase was completed (******) I get a call back saying they used the wrong system so therefor they would have to refund the money and that it would take **** business days to be refunded. Well I had been in contact with them and my bank throughout this and its been over a month now and nothing has been refunded my bank says that the money was taken by ELC transportation and I also filed plenty of disputes and they tell me the payment was authorized by me and that elc has the payment to reach out to them to get the money refunded. The payment went through on my end and they voided the refund and stayed with the funds. Every time I contact the office in ****** (*****) and the office in ******* (*******) they say Im bugging to much and there is nothing they can do. I already sent in all the documents I have showing they got the money. I am trying to get my money back for a ticket I did not receive and was told it was going to be refunded back to my card.
