      ECS was a bus company that would pick up and drop off customers to *************** daily. My elderly mom has 1 ticket that she was keeping and keeping so when they did open back up from covid, she can go. Ive asked the gas station recently for her $30.00 back and they said, nope, ******** needs to give it to you, Ive called ******** and they said nope, we have nothing to do with tickets, call ECS. I just spoke to ECS and they mentioned to me that they DID refund everyone but has since stopped. I told them ok well, clearly this was an elderly person with high hopes it would open back up. Someone clearly needs to refund her, either the gas station who i bought it from OR ECS. ********* told me that he would give my number to his boss *** to call me back however Im sure there is going to be an arguement. All im asking is for who ever is responsible for making and selling these tickets two years back, refunds my mom. They were doing so and there should be NO FINAL REFUND TIMETABLE on this stopping, especially when we are working mostly with the elderly. Please advise. I am only looking for my moms $30.00 bucks refunded back to her. I have the ticket on her table. thank you. They should have no problem in doing so. If you need a copy of it, i can get that to you.
