    I purchased Kitchen Cabinets from CRJ CABINETS & COUNTERTOPS on September 21, 2021, in December, 2021 cracks started appearing on the cabinets doors. The owner or owners **************************************** /daughter) came to my home to evaluate the problem in March or April, 2022. In June, 2022 ********************** replaced the defective cabinets doors and helped to install the new one. In December, 2022, the cabinets doors he replaced started cracking plus the ones that were not replaced from the original installment, plus drawers. I spoke with (their operation manager? I am not sure what her title is) Ary (************) 9( on February 13, 2023 ( and texted her 2 examples pictures of the cracks on the kitchen cabinets doors. She said the owner was in ******** and she would call me back on 2/15 or 2/16/2023. I have not heard from her. I call and texted ****** *************) (owner/daughter) and she has not returned my call. The owner Mr. ***************************** does not speak English. So I could not reach out to him. I should not have received defective doors twice, I paid $5,482.44 for cabinets with 2 checks - total cost $6,677.44. I am 75/yrs, this is very stressful. I believe they are taking advantage of me because I am a senior. I am asking the company to replace the doors and drawers with wood that is not defective or reimbursement me for over half of the money so I can purchase better doors and drawers from a reliable company. I do not know how to upload but I can fax receipts, pictures ., the sale document I signed (OFFICE NUMBER ************)
