      The management simply doesnt care about their employees or customers. They simply dont know what the customer needs are, fail to fully protect their female employees from harassment, close minded to change and adaptability, force employees to work in areas that make their employees feel uncomfortable, they have the ability to take points off if someone was late because they couldnt get through the doors and clock in on time (but refuse to do so), they under staff the store during the busiest times of the day, massively play favoritism, and tell their employees not to use the mobile app to clock in. The only good thing was the discount. This is by far the worst company Ive ever had the displeasure of working for in 25 years of my working career. If they dont change their business practices, within the next 2-5 years their Rise locations will surely fail.

      Worst place I've ever worked. Culture is terrible, enthusiasm for good workers none!
