    If I could give these people no stars I would I would never recommend them to not one person in the world ruin my sons special day you only get one prom and my son deserved everything I paid for I definitely let all my guest know never to book with them I contacted Ds Luxury back in February originally about the Bentley botaega ***** quoted me a price told me that I could put Half of the money down to secure my spot march 5th I sent my money via ********************* received my payment right away I received a contract that I never signed by the way two days later he calls to tell me hey *************** Im sorry to inform you that vehicle was booked by my partner back in November that should have been the red flag for me but I was trying to make sure everything was perfect for my son emmil then tells me no worries we have the Bentley contential white on white the week of prom ********* whose very rude leaves a message on my phone telling me if I dont pay the refundable security deposit my reservation will be canceled that was paid for way in march so security deposit was sent the day of my sons prom at 2:30pm ***** calls and tell me the car I booked wasnt available due to a tornado bs tells me they can give me a better car blah blah tells me they have a baby blue Bentley thats about 3 hours away on a truck to me my son had on cream and blush pink no thats not what I paid you guys for thats unprofessional thats not how you conduct business they gave my vehicle to someone that paid them more money under the table and thats wrong here it is thursday I had to call them 4 times about refunding my money emmil tells me oh *************** it shows your deposit was sent back when your son was dropped off mind you we never got a car he said oh your right im still waiting on a refund from them please be aware of these scammers this business should be shut down asap
