    **** **** - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR,No wonder why Fox Rent A Car has such bad reviews is because of people like I stated in above. RUDE and unprofessional and have a big head as a supervisor or coordinator if that is what you want to call it. When you ask to speak to higher up you get laughed at and told they are the highest, well this is why your business is awful.I rented a car for vacation with my wife, we waited over an hour trying to get things done because their "card machine", was messed up. Well then I look at my app for my card to see that my card has been charged 4-5 times and my card company flagged it as scam.2 months later I get threatened to get sent to collections over a mistake that this company made and not even offered a discount for their mistake. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL and would not recommend.I should add, **** **** wanted a credit card number to pay the bill and like any normal person, who would trust giving a place a card number after the experience getting the car so I stated I would mail a check. They told me they only got a dollar in payment. I confirmed and this was a mistake on their end however I decided instead of fighting with them, I would pay my part. **** **** stated, If I don't have payment in 10 days, I'm sending this to collections. This is not my problem and get laughed at.I cant express enough. This place is a joke.UPDATE: ***** SAYS REACH OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK. IVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES AND WAITED SEVERAL WEEKS. NO ONE REACHES OUT AND I DONT EVEN WANT A REFUND. JUST WANT TO EXPRESS MY CONCERN WITH THE DISRESPECT THAT WAS GIVEN.

    This company is ****. They charge me twice the same rent and say it its mandatory fee what was hiding from me in the beginning the company is cheat people

    I just recently rented a car at ******* ***** for a week from FOX Rental car . i just got home and received a statement that *** has billed my credit card for $85 for each toll that I drove through on the ******* tollways. The toll is $7.50 and they charged me $75 service charge on each toll I drove though .. I would pay the toll with a little service free but ***** that should be illegal .The tollls are not marked. Most are just bars across the top of the highway. I mustve driven through.100s the bills just keep getting put on my credit . There should be a maximum that a company can charge you on top of the base price toll. I went with them because they were the best price but all these hidden costs have added up to hundreds of dollars that I will be using a different company with be advised.
