    I took my bike in a little over a year ago they charged me $3500 for complete set up of music and lights. They damaged my bike which during process they kept bike for like 2 months. I was calling them saying I wasn't happy with money I spent they kept giving me run around about fixing damaged part on the bike then almost a year later they set up a day to bring bike in and they fix damaged part switched music repaired lights because they poorly installed the light with a plastic tie wrap. Now my music is lower and they didn't tie anything down the music keep cutting off its very low I keep calling trying to talk to manager they keep trying to up sale me the speaker sounds like their busted and this time they had the bike for another 2 months.

    To whom it may concern, ********************* initially got his sound and light setup installed 06/24/2021. When ***** arrived to pick up his bike he heard his sound system and stated he wanted it to be louder. We worked out an add on for him that would give him much higher volumes, we had a busy schedule that same week but we wanted to make sure he was happy and got him in a week later to install the upgrade he wanted. Almost a year later ***** called to schedule an appointment to have his equipment checked out because he was unhappy with how his bike sounds. After apologizing towards his dissatisfaction we gladly scheduled an appointment for him and assured him that we will try our hardest to make sure he is happy when he picks it up. We upgraded *****'s amplifier at no charge and took care of everything he had listed for us, when ***** came to pick up his bike he stated that he was happy with how everything turned out after thanking us he left. We have spoken to Jamil months after and we have told him to bring it back so we can get it checked out but he never came by.

    I am rejecting this response because:everything keep taking long because they keep taking so long I ask for them to refund and take the items off my bike and when they changed the amp I told them its not rite the guy said take my bike over the weekend he will call me Monday to see what they can do to change and make better as I was leaving the system cut off as I got to **** and I had to go back then I kept telling them it sounds like speakers was busted the guy call me back a week and half ago saying bring it back up there Im like this the forth time I dont want to keep going back and forth can they just refund or send check that call back took more then a month they keep holding up process talking about they had to fix up the no place so this y the work seem half done . This experience has been very bad
