    This is the worst service provider since a string and two cans. Their call takers, if you can ever get through and speak to a person; can barely speak English. Their English is so bad they repeat their gibberish so many times; to the point you just want to scream. The English they can barely speak they can not comprehend and they just reply. Yes yes. I understand. And they dont. This company is not a USA company and you will never speak with a native English speaking person. EVER. Stay away, far away. You will get better service with a hole through your head. The final straw, I had one guy, he tried so hard, but the company shut the phones off at 1045pm. I never heard from him again.

    Horrible customer service, they over charged my account going on 11 times for my monthly service which is prepaid and ***** a month. They deserve no stars but the site is making me pick

    The company would not let me cancel my automatic payments after my son broke his phone. They said they needed to text a security code to the phone or I needed to provide them with two phone numbers that my son had called frequently in the last 60 days. The phone was broken and my son doesn't memorize phone numbers so the only way I could stop the charges was to cancel my credit card.The customer service department also refused to let me talk to a supervisor and hung up both on me, and a representative from ******** who was trying to help me get the number ported.

    Horrible service was charged for two phones when we only had one. We called to cancel one phone and kept one phone but they did not cancel the phone line and just kept charging for it and when they was informed of the mistake all they could say was they was sorry that happened.
