    I went to PLS on 4/2/2023. I did a money order payable to ********** Mortgage for the amount of $1,207.09. Attached I have the receipt where it shows my name and payable to ********** Mortgage. I mailed out the money order and 2 weeks later I receive a call from my mortgage company that I had not sent in my payment. I then went to PLS to see if the money order had been cashed and they inform me it had been cashed but that someone had altered the information. The money order no longer was payable to ********** Mortgage instead it had hand printed " ******** Homes" and it was from "Jeremone Turnlan". Let me remind you that the money order I sent out was printed with ********** Mortgage and From J ***************************. Which the copy that PLS gave me after I went to ask about the money order they gave me a copy with " Hand Printed Information". Which I got to the conclusion that someone at PLS is reprinting active money orders in blank and cashing them out with false information. I did file an Affidavit of Forgery with PLS and they informed me that the process can take up to 3 month to 3 years to come up with a solution. I would really appreciate if my case would be taken to a higher level investigation because this is not fair we are a hard working community and if we do not put a stop to this, this will continue on happening to others and no one will be at fault. I would really appreciate if this will be investigated and hope to hear back from you.
