    They did not give me what I ordered. Clock without crossed rifles.

    Got my clock but then found that the clock would get to a point where it wouldn't play music on the hour. Winding it again would see the clock playing music again but I didn't pay a bunch of money for a clock with a defect. Called support only to learn there was known defect with some of the clocks that shipped and mine was affected. After trying a few things - which took months because "support" is literally one person who is likely overworked - it was determined that my clock needed to be sent in. I was told the tech was ready to work on it as soon as it arrived. Sent it out and one week went by. Then two, then several without any word or anything about the status. No communication whatsoever. It got a point where I took it upon myself to write in weekly to get a status update. And yet most of the time I'd get nothing back. Finally got the clock back just before Halloween - it had been in their hands for nearly half a year. When I get it back the clock has all sorts of problems. Not to mention the shipping back to me was very shoddy. Not only was it merely filled with packing peanuts - which got all over the clock itself but also inside the clock. They also didn't bother cleaning it before sending it as there was quite a bit of dust on it when it arrived. It doesn't keep ticking if it's level - you actually have to have it slightly off center for it to tick. And, of course, the ticking isn't a constant beat, it's like a metronome that's off. Next, the hour hand is loose and no longer stays in position. The clock no longer keeps time as it should. It's telling that in spite of having a 4.8 score on ******** you actually can't write a review of the business anymore. This is very shady. Overall I'm very disappointed with my purchase and experience. And would strongly recommend against shopping here.

    Delivery was quick. Package came without any dents on the outside. The clock was really protected inside. Setting up is easy with an easy to understand instructions booklet. Love my new clock. The craftsmanship is amazing.
