    This is my personal experience. I have been trying to withdraw my funds for weeks. They come up with all kinds of issues. I have sent dozens of documents and screenshots. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NADEX

    I've been a customer of ******************** for almost a decade. I've never had any problems with them regarding my account until recently. It seems after they updated their site and payment system, I've had nothing but problems. I added a new debit card from my new bank account. I went through the steps to verify it and was approved to make deposits. The verification requires you to provide a copy of your most recent bank statement that shows the name of your bank, your name, and a transaction that is from Nadex. I've provided all of these, and my card was verified for deposits. I've made up to three deposits up until recently where my account was put on hold. I've emailed them and was told that my card is from a Third-Party source and goes against their rules since that is not allowed. My card is from an actual bank account with a routing number and account number attached. It is not a pre-paid card or a funding account like Venmo. My question is, why would they approve my debit card for funding if it was not from an acceptable source, despite it being a regular checking account which should be acceptable. I haven't been able to trade in weeks because of this issue and would like to stick with this platform if they can solve my problem.

    Robbbers, blaggards and highway men!!! They make every excuse not to pay you. Including out right LIES. E mail them from the same address on my account, it was my password for Petes sake. They will not reply because it is not the same e mail, so they say. SCAM SCAM SCAM Stay away.
